To reach the burning function requirements of toys, fabrics and fillers must be flame-retardant, the whole should be removed from the flame, the burning time should not exceed 2 seconds, and the maximum burning size should not exceed 70mm.

Hang the stuffed toy vertically, select the easy-burning part, and the incinerator touches the sample at an angle of 45 ° to test the burning speed of the toy. Note that the hair is not tested independently in the test, but it is tested as an ordinary part of the toy. The toy can be tested face down, so that the hair is in a horizontal position at the bottom of the toy; the toy can also be tested back down, so that the hair is under the toy, and the vertically hung hair does not need to calculate the burning speed.

Keep the burner in contact with the flammable part of the toy at least 5 / 6in (16mm). If the flammable part of the toy melts and immediately ignites, let the ignited flame extend and measure the burning time with a stopwatch. For natural flames in other parts, the test time should not exceed 60s.

Products that do not burn during the test are considered to have passed the test, and it is not necessary to calculate the burning speed for such samples; for products that calm down within 60s, it is necessary to use the actual burning time as the denominator to calculate the burning speed when calculating the burning speed; if the product Without quelling on its own, it is necessary to continue burning the flame for 60s, and calculate the burning speed with the practical length of the flame extending throughout the 60s.
